The offices are rented on a flexible Licence Agreement (typically starting with a 3-month term before rolling monthly) rather than a rigid traditional lease. Rent is priced per office rather than per person and is all-inclusive of utilities, secure entry 7 days a week, parking free membership to offer a discounted rate on function room hire, social events tickets and 10% off any order on-site cafe! 
 
 On-Site Reception and Services
The reception desk is staffed Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, providing on-site management, reception duties, mail handling, and 2throughout assistance to registered businesses and visitors
 
 Retail and Leisure
 The premises are home to Vintage Retreat, the largest crafts and collectibles store in the area featuring over 100 independent traders, as well as The Black Diamond Cafe, an Art Deco-inspired events venue and cafe that offers food, drinks, and entertainment.
